About

Founded in Madrid in December 2025 and located in a 250 m² space in the city centre, Ipso Facto Studio is a contemporary art gallery presenting an international and intergenerational programme of solo exhibitions, group shows and curatorial projects.

The gallery brings together practices that examine the ways in which we perceive, inhabit and represent the world. Questions of materiality, the body, memory, the living world and identity recur throughout the programme, while remaining deliberately open rather than defining a fixed thematic framework.

Exhibitions are conceived as spaces of dialogue, bringing together distinct artistic practices, cultural contexts and generations in order to generate new connections and readings. Curatorial invitations and external collaborations further expand this approach, introducing new perspectives and voices into the programme.

Ipso Facto Studio currently represents Luke James, Ugo Schildge and Enrique Veganzones, alongside an ongoing programme of exhibitions and collaborations with international artists.
